UNDERSEA WARRIORS BENEFICIARY REQUIREMENTS: To be a beneficiary of the Undersea Warriors, a Veteran must have served in any branch of the US Military, has separated honorably, and have a service related disability with a diagnosis of PTSD, TBI, Depression, Anxiety and/or Military Sexual Trauma (MST).

For all SCUBA certifications, you must meet the following minimum physical requirements: – You MUST be able to swim 200 meters

– You MUST be able to tread water for 10 minutes.  Face MUST remain clear of the water for the duration of the exercise.

– You MUST be in good physical health and may be requested to get a physicians medical approval.

*Non-Disabled Veterans and civilian (friend, relative or a certified diver who wants to support Veterans) volunteers are also invited to join the Undersea Warriors as a dive buddy to a qualified Veteran.

Email the completed and signed forms and a copy of your DD-214 (redacted if you would like) & your VA Award Letter with your diagnosis to newmember@underseawarriors.net

If you do not want to send in your medical diagnosis on the registration form, we can arrange a confidential phone meeting with a medical professional to confirm you meet the medical conditions for the Undersea Warriors.
